These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Yorikai, including the website, AI chat workspace, public sharing features, billing flows, acceptable use rules, and related services. By using Yorikai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using Yorikai

Yorikai provides tools for working with AI models, managing conversations, uploading context, generating outputs, sharing selected content, and configuring personal settings. You are responsible for your account, your content, and how you use the service.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not transfer your account or use Yorikai on behalf of someone else unless you have authority to do so.

Acceptable Use

You agree to follow the separate Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Violating laws, regulations, third-party rights, or contractual obligations.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Yorikai, other accounts, systems, models, storage, or networks.
• Uploading malware, attempting to disrupt service availability, scraping in abusive ways, or bypassing security controls.
• Creating, requesting, uploading, editing, distributing, or facilitating pornographic, sexually explicit, NSFW, fetish, or sexually suggestive content, including sexual exploitation or any sexual content involving minors or age-ambiguous young-looking persons.
• Creating deceptive or harmful deepfakes, face swaps, voice clones, impersonations, or other manipulation of a real person's face, body, voice, identity, or likeness without the rights and consent required for that use.
• Using Yorikai to create, distribute, or facilitate violent, hateful, harassing, exploitative, self-harm-related, deceptive, abusive, privacy-invasive, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Circumventing content moderation, model restrictions, payment controls, rate limits, account restrictions, or other safety and security measures.
• Infringing intellectual property rights or sharing content you do not have the right to use.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting Yorikai in a way that conflicts with these terms or an applicable plan.

We may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate access when needed to protect users, Yorikai, providers, or the public.

User Content And AI Output

You retain ownership of the prompts, files, conversation content, and other material you submit to Yorikai. You grant Yorikai the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, store, share at your direction, and otherwise operate the service.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-impact decisions.

When you create a public share link, anyone with access to that link and any required password may view the shared content until the link is revoked or expires. Do not share confidential or sensitive content unless you understand the risk.

Third-Party Providers

Yorikai integrates with third-party services such as AI model providers, authentication providers, analytics tools, payment processors, infrastructure services, and storage providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

Model availability, pricing, speed, features, and output quality can change. Yorikai may modify provider routing, supported models, feature availability, or plan limits to maintain reliability and comply with provider requirements.

Yorikai is independently developed and operated. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official product of Google, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or any underlying model provider. Provider and model names are used only to identify compatible third-party services. All related trademarks and brand rights belong to their respective owners.

Plans, Billing, And Credits

Paid features may require an active subscription, usage credits, or a supported billing provider. Prices, limits, included credits, renewal terms, and available features are shown in the product or checkout flow. Taxes may apply.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. If payment fails, a plan expires, or usage limits are reached, Yorikai may reduce or suspend access to paid features. Refunds are provided only where required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer.

Availability And Changes

We aim to keep Yorikai reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, rate-limited, changed, or discontinued. We may update features, remove unsupported functionality, adjust plans, or impose limits when needed for security, compliance, reliability, cost control, or product improvement.

Termination

You may stop using Yorikai at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay amounts owed, or use Yorikai in a way that may expose Yorikai, users, providers, or others to liability.

After termination, some information may remain as described in the Privacy Policy, including records needed for legal compliance, billing, security, backups, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention.

Disclaimers

Yorikai is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

Yorikai is not a substitute for professional advice. You should independently verify AI outputs and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yorikai and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as Yorikai changes. When we make material updates, we will revise the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of Yorikai after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
