Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every use of Yorikai, including prompts, uploaded or referenced content, AI-generated text, images, audio and video, public sharing, and attempts to use or bypass product controls. It forms part of the Yorikai Terms of Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Yorikai complies with this AUP, applicable law, and the rules of any third-party service involved in fulfilling your request.

Sexual And Exploitative Content

You may not use Yorikai to create, request, upload, edit, distribute, or facilitate:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, fetish, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content, including explicit nudity or sexual acts.
• Sexual exploitation, sexual violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content intended to sexualize, humiliate, threaten, or extort a person.
• Any sexual content involving or depicting minors, people presented as minors, or age-ambiguous young-looking persons.
• Attempts to evade these restrictions through coded language, indirect instructions, reference images, prompt splitting, or other obfuscation.

Deepfakes, Face Swaps, And Identity Manipulation

You may not use Yorikai to:

• Create deceptive or harmful deepfakes, face swaps, voice clones, impersonations, or other synthetic identity media.
• Manipulate a real person's face, body, voice, or likeness without the rights and consent required for that use.
• Falsely portray a person as participating in sexual, criminal, violent, political, commercial, or otherwise sensitive conduct.
• Mislead others about whether media is authentic, impersonate another person, commit fraud, evade identity checks, or damage someone's reputation or safety.

Clearly consensual and non-deceptive creative transformations may still be restricted by the applicable model provider. You must have all necessary permissions and must not present manipulated media as authentic.

Harmful, Violent, Or Illegal Content

You may not use Yorikai to create, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate:

• Instructions or assistance that materially enable violence, terrorism, abuse, human trafficking, exploitation, stalking, self-harm, or other serious injury.
• Graphic gore, sadistic content, credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, or content that promotes violence against protected people or groups.
• Malware, credential theft, fraud, scams, unauthorized surveillance, doxxing, privacy invasion, or unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or property.
• Illegal goods, regulated wrongdoing, infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

Deception And Abuse Of The Service

You may not:

• Use generated content to deceive, defraud, manipulate, harass, exploit, or misrepresent the identity or endorsement of a person or organization.
• Circumvent moderation, rate limits, payment controls, model restrictions, account restrictions, or other security and safety measures.
• Automate abusive traffic, probe safeguards for evasion, resell access without authorization, or interfere with Yorikai or its providers.
• Submit content you do not have the right to use or instruct Yorikai to violate another person's rights.

Media Generation Screening

Yorikai screens user-supplied prompts before sending them to supported image or video generation models. A request may be blocked when it is denied or flagged by the screening service, when a textual generation instruction is missing, or when screening is unavailable. A blocked request must not be resent through another Yorikai entry point to evade the decision.

Text chat and audio features may rely on the safety systems of the selected model provider. The absence of a separate Yorikai pre-screening step for those features does not make prohibited content permissible.

Enforcement

Yorikai may block a request, remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant security records, or report conduct where required by law. We may act when content violates this AUP, creates material risk, or conflicts with the requirements of a service provider used by Yorikai.
