Organization

Organize your work with Notebooks, Library, and Favorites

Keep project notes, reusable files, and important chat results easy to find instead of losing them across old conversations.

A useful chat often becomes part of a larger piece of work. It may contain a decision you need next week, a file you will use again, or an answer that belongs with other research. Yorikai provides Notebooks, Library, and Favorites so those pieces do not have to remain scattered across conversation history.

Each feature has a different job. Together, they turn useful chat material into something you can return to deliberately.

Build a project in a Notebook

Notebooks give related work a durable home. You can bring together notes and material for a topic instead of treating every conversation as an isolated event. This works well for research, planning, drafting, or any project that develops over several sessions.

A Notebook helps you see the shape of the work and keep related information close. It is for organizing a continuing project, not just saving one reply.

Reuse files from Library

Library is for files you expect to use again. Upload a source once, keep it available, and bring it into a later chat when it becomes relevant. This avoids searching your device for the same file and uploading another copy every time a task returns.

Library is especially useful for reference material, recurring documents, and media that supports more than one conversation. You remain in control of what you attach to each new request.

Save important results with Favorites

Favorites are the quickest way to mark a useful message or generated result for later. Instead of remembering which conversation contained the item, you can find it through your saved favorites and open the original work when you need its context.

Use a Favorite for a specific result, Library for reusable files, and a Notebook for the wider project. Yorikai keeps these roles separate so organizing your work stays understandable as it grows.
